Kfc

A little background been here twice now and ordered the giant feast take away. I went to this kfc and asked for no Brest pieces because the little ones and elderly have a very difficult time eating it. It Just get thrown out(given to birds or cats or pups) we asked them many times to make sure they didn’t put any in and every time they assured us they didn’t. is extremely disappointing when they lie to your face and gladly take your money. I complained about this and yet again they said they are sorry and still did it. I genuinely am disappointed with this kfc.

Easily the worst kfc I've been to. I work around the corner and have been there many times. I always order early and wait before leaving work. Tonight I ordered at 8.03 and got my meal at 8.50. I usually wouldnt bother writing a review but this has happened 3 times in a row. What made me angry was I waited 20 or so minutes, other customers came in ordered and got their meals before me. Would give this KFC a miss at all costs unless you like waiting.

The Roxburgh Park KFC are leagues above the 4 other KFC counterparts for quality & freshness in my Menulog area of delivery. From constantly ordering & resigning to a 50/50 chance that the chicken and chips hadn’t been sitting in the warmer for 5hrs or the order is consistently short of something, in the last 4 deliveries straight, Roxburgh Park KFC has restored my faith in my Fav fast food chain with fresh hot meals & attention to the order. Hats off to the peeps working here since clearly, they’re the reason KFC is once again my fav go to.
