Ok its all the same Coffees, Teas and pastries. What i do like is the layout. Very roomy amd spread out, not the cramped spaces as some of the other locations. They have outside seating and a nice patio front area to. The chairs are very comfortable and spaced out. You could actually hold a nice company meeting here if you wanted. My idea Starbucks Rowlett, just give me credit for it. The coffee area is long so the staff does not look bunched up together. The 2 restrooms are not designated Men or Women, but both have all the necessities for either and handicap plus baby changing table.

Ordered 2 cups of coffee and both were wrong. I got the second cup remade and it was supposed to be decaf, but it was so strong I had to throw it away. It wasn't just me because the customer behind me had the same experience. She had to get her iced coffee remade. Also, the girl that took the orders was one of the rudest people ever. I would never go to this place again!!!!

Every time I go, I've had my order messed up. I would ask for a certain drink and it would be made wrong, and when I ask them to fix it (politely), second time around it's still not right. I've also ordered their bacon gruyere bites and would find out they gave me something else instead after I drive off.
Seems to happen every time this one guy works there. His name is Nate by the way. So if you see a guy named Nate working there, don't waste your time- just drive back to the Starbucks that is just up the road a little further(across the lake). Or go to the Starbucks in that TomThumb.
I'm getting fed up with them messing my orders up. 😤😡

Pleasant atmosphere. Clean place and friendly staff. It seems like a local stop where just about everybody knows somebody. Smiles all around when you walk in. A repeater.

Great space and location the staff was really nice as usual, but the spacing at this Starbucks is pretty good not as crammed as others I've visited.

Good customer service. However lately there seems to be a lot of random employees and not the usual crew luckily it has affected the service or drinks.

Good made-to-order custom drinks. Their senior barista, Nate, is the best in the business.

Friendly staff, great place to sit and write or study. Love their tea and iced lemon pound cake!!!!!
