What a lovely little Cafe for a superb afternoon tea, all for a reasonable price! Very well looked after and lots of top ups of tea provided. I need to eat gluten free and was easily accommodated. Great variety on all our plates. Thank you.
You do need to book and I paid £5pp deposit.

Came for brunch with my friend yesterday and it was lovely. Easy to order, polite and friendly staff and clearly very popular! We thought we’d try and beat the lunchtime rush but it seems that Gray’s is busy all day through! The cheese on toast was beautiful and really filling. The lemon iced tea was so refreshing and perfect for a warm, sunny day.

Recently, my best friend and I had a joint baby shower at Gray’s of Rothwell with around 25 guests including us. I cannot rate the quality of the food and gorgeous atmosphere enough. I had been in touch with Gray’s a few weeks prior to the shower to advise about allergies and food preferences and they went above and beyond to accommodate this. From gluten free to veggie/vegan and one guest with very, VERY restrictive allergies, the staff could not have been any more helpful. The afternoon tea was delicious and we had a choice of many different teas and coffees which were replenished regularly.
I would highly recommend for a private function. The star of the show was the ploughman’s quiche - which I still can’t stop thinking about! 😂

Enjoyed a family breakfast here over the weekend. Great tasting food and attentive staff, especially to our two young children. Bit of a wait for food/drinks but was peak time and shows how popular it is.

The staff here are so friendly and accommodating, no matter when you go or what you need. Beautiful coffee and the food is to die for, definitely take a look at their specials board or follow on Instagram to see what their talented team have created. Love it here!

Been coming to Gray’s for breakfast at least twice a week for as long as I can remember (their coffee is too good!) Today I’ve had lunch for the first time with a friend, for an early birthday celebration. One word, YUMMY!! We both chose something from the specials board so we could share and it did not disappoint! Even better washed down with a bottle of Peroni! Will need to book more afternoons off to come for lunch :)

Had a lovely afternoon tea. It was our own fault for not mentioning we don't eat pork and we're given sausage rolls and pork pies. Next time we'll mention it. They were super helpful moving us to an outdoor table and the food we did eat was delicious. We even took home goodie bags because we couldn't eat it all. Thank you we'll definitely be back x

Gray's provided some canape's for my birthday party and the food was incredible. It was easy to order, delivered on time and beautifully presented. Lot's of people were asking where it was from and I was more than happy to recommend the amazing team at Gray's. We'll definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

We finally got around to trying Grays and it did not disappoint The most delicious chorizo eggs benedict!! A lovely place with friendly and welcoming staff. Thank you we will be back.

First time visiting Greys and was surprised at how busy it was for a week day morning. Had to wait for a table as was in a party of five but staff were lovely and got us sorted as soon as possible. Nice selection of food which was top quality.
