Sonic Drive-in

A HUGE shout out to Damien!!! Such a pleasant individual to deal with! I flagged him down to ask a silly question about the Wacky Pack Toys and he went above and beyond to deliver!! I wish I had cash to give him a special thank you. Damien's customer service delivery was truly exceptional. I'm sure they are short staffed like most other businesses but instead of being frustrated he was just extremely delightful and happy to help! Sonic has a great team member with him! He even went as far as to verbally take my order because they hadn't answered my button yet. He deserves a raise! 💯

Highly disappointed. Waited 20 MINUTES and no one answered so I can PLACE an ORDER. I parked close to the window and saw the employees just goofing around not making or taking any orders. Not only that but I placed an order with them two weeks ago and they forgotten parts of my order TWICE. If they put that much energy into actually working instead of just goofing around, it would be a stable work place.

It makes no sense to close down your ice cream machine, which brings in a high percentage of your business, 50 minutes before you actually close. If you want to close it down 5-10 minutes before then ok it makes sense. You are open until 11 pm so why are you CLOSING down ice cream machines and losing profit? I bet the franchise owner wouldn’t approve of this but I’m sure the lazy employees do.

Service was very slow, sweet tea supposed to be sweet, they have plain tea for anyone that doesn't want sweet tea, that's the 1st sonics I've been to that doesn't serve sweet tea the way it's meant to be!, my order took really long all I had was a burrito there wasn't any ham and it was supposed to be ham, bacon, and sausage! I'm not going back to that one, I don't like wasting money or food!

OMG!!! THIS WAS THE WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.. THE GRAVY WASN’T EVEN GRAVY. IT WAS STUCK TO THE CUP., YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGH THEY SERVED ME GLUE. Second, THE CHICKEN NUGGETS WERE BURT AND FIRES WERE HARD. I BELIEVE THEY COOK WITH OLD GREASE. I POLITELY ASK THE MANAGER “IDONIA” “I think that’s her name”. IF SHE CAN MAKE ME ANOTHER BATCH. SHE SAID NO “ I can’t help you. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW “ NOT TO VISIT THIS SONIC!!

Terrible service. Always close early. Most recently i ordered offline and when i went to pick up the order they had the lights on, doors locked and wouldn't answer the speaker. Ive been trying to call for the last day for a refund but no one ever answers the phone. Save your time and go to a different location.
