Saw an add online about a side lovers order. It’s an 8 piece chicken with 3 large sides and 4 biscuits for $20. So I go there and she said it was called something else which is fine. But then when i got the total I was confused. It came out to $37.99. My family was hungry and I was annoyed so I payed and went home. When I got home and took the food out I was disappointed again. The chicken was soggy and wet and I only got two large sides. The only thing that was good was the corn! I was very disappointed that I paid that much and got soggy chicken. Won’t eat there again. Also I only live 10 minutes away from the restaurant so the chicken shouldn’t have been soggy and wet!

Went to get dinner tonight and spend almost $50. Didn't get half of my order and when I call to talk to a manager, the phone just keeps ringing. No matter how much I keep calling them there is no answer. I am unsatisfied with the efficiency of this location. I've never had anything like this happen here before. I also live 30 minutes away and it's a waste of time gas and money to go back.

Ordered coleslaw with my family pack order and didn't receive it. I tried calling them when I got home because they did not even give me a receipt, two calls, no answer. I understand times are tough, everyone is understaffed. But answer your phone, and give people a receipt so they can at least get what they paid for.
