Subway

Worst Subway experience ever. Took the girl working 25 mins to make 4 subs, 3 of which were for the man before me, and only had tuna, cheese and a couple veggies on them. When I approached the counter, she did apologise for the wait, but then proceeded to tell me what I saw was all she had. No chicken, or turkey for meat choices, and the only veggies that were there were lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers and hot peppers. When I asked if that was all the veggie choices, she said, well, I have more but I haven't had any time to prep them, I've had a line out the door all day! 4 customers left in the time it took her to make the subs before me, and 2 after me. No wonder you haven't had time to prep if this is the speed you make subs at! Business owner needs to realize that short staffing saves you zero money when customers leave due to how slow service is.

Went through drive thru and waited 10 min to place an order, no one was attending the speaker or responding so we proceed to the window and the lady wasn't wasn't even wearing the headset. She took our order from there and we waited about 12 more min for 2 small subs, which both subs were cold after ordering one toasted. This Subway is slow, inefficient, and of poor management and is NOT RECOMMENDED );

I stopped in to order a sub at 9:30pm. After waiting at the counter for 10 mins she finally comes to the register to let me know that she is no longer making any subs, she is closing down. I said the door says you are open til 11. She said well it’s actually 10 but my manager yells at me if I stay after 10 so I am no longer serving any subs. Wow!!!!

Super slow, always runs out of everything. Order anything that isn’t ham and cheese and you gotta wait 20 minutes if they even have it. Ladies behind the counter use phone constantly instead of making sandwiches. Any veggies you ask for they barely give you anything so you gotta ask 14 times before you get enough even though veggies are free. This place is garbage I would rather drive the extra hour home and make my own sandwhich than go here. At least I could get what I wanted.

Terrible experience. New girl being trained (who appeared to be under the influence of something). Only one other employee, who moves super slow...has nothing stocked. She rushed outside to smoke a cigarette leaving new girl who obviously is very new to handle an order for another customer. What a mess.

Love these people. The only reason I'm leaving 3 stars is because when I get a sub toasted, it is still cold in the middle every time. I'm not sure if they are taking them out early, or the toaster needs repair, but my cheese is cold and unmelted every time. I will give the 5 stars the people deserve when this issue is corrected.

I have always had good experiences here, however yesterday I got food poisoning from this place. I suspect that the food was not properly cooked. I eventually threw up at 10:15pm in my car and in the gas station I pulled over to in Van Buren Township. The gas station clerk called 911 and 2 firefighters and some EMTs arrived. I was tranported to the ER where I would throw up a few more times. When I was released from the hospital, I went back to my apartment and had diarrhea, which would last almost three hours.
