We recently moved and still drive to this Dunkin’ because it never disappoints. Mr. Kumar made the best hot oat milk latte this morning and my drinks are always consistently delicious!

This Dunken Donuts is not good. The customer service is not that great. Often the cashier seems grumpy or upset. And the food is mediocre. Sometimes the donuts I get are a little wet feeling. I'm not sure I'll be going here again. Update... Tried to go again, and still the same horrible service. Not going back.

8/11/21. I get the world is short staffed but there is absolutely no reason it should take 23 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Only 4 cars ahead of me as well. Also know they were only accepting orders through their drive through. I won’t even mention how dirty things were. A friendly call to the health department it is. To the owners, you’re welcome for the warning in this review

They got my order wrong twice, my box o Joe was leaking and what it is worse is that I have to ask for cups, sugar, etc! The person looked at me like it is not supposed to be part of my order. Not only that was bad, I ordered donuts and no napkins were provided, so when I asked for napkins, he was already mad and the napkins he provided me looked like garbage inside the bag. Awful customer service!!!!!
