I was in the drive through at 9:40pm they don’t close until 10pm but yet the turned there drive though lights off when I was waiting then we go inside because there was still people eating and the open sign was still on but as soon as we walk in the guy were closed

Online order was convenient however upon arriving home I was disappointed to find my 3 piece meal substituted a drum stick for the wing. Ugh. At least you should tell the customer of the change so we have an option to make a change to the meal.

Last time I will ever visit. Was told I cannot order 8 piece all dark. WTH? I understand if I ordered all white, but all dark?? I'll stick with Lee's. Thanks for the wasted trip

Micah (hopefully that’s the correct spelling) is an absolute Chad (positive thing). Came in near closing with him only working, he was absolutely awesome customer service wise, prepared the food in a timely manner and it was great quality too. Valuable asset to the business!

My husband and I have been here twice. We dine inside each time. We ordered classic chicken sandwich combos and they were not hot. They taste as if they were pulled out of warming bin. The fries were semi warm. The dining room tables and floor were nasty. We were very dissatisfied with our experience.

Went there last night to get a 10 piece feast, I specifically asked for 10 piece feast, no wing, substitute the wings for dark meat. I asked for double coleslaw, and one mash and gravy. They confirmed that order by repeating it it even says such on the recipt I end up getting a 10 piece all dark... no breast meat. So they tell me i can come back, so when I do, they give me the two pieces of breasts, and i wait patiently at the side. The man who was scooping the coleslaw was not wearing gloves when handling the food, and to make matters worse he was being rather rude. Now in a fast food place, I believe the customer is King, without the customer there is no place like KFC. So I was given my food and when I asked what he said This man was like "you need to go' So I asked to speak to the manager the man was "I am the manager..." So I asked to speak to the owner of this kfc establishment. "You'll have to look it up." So needless to say I will not be going back to this KFC. I admit I was a little bit upset and might have spat out some words that was 'cursing' in general but I do not believe a manager of all people should have been rude to begin with. Also this manager was covered in flour, and he looked like he didn't wash his hands before handling the food.

Ordered a 3 piece meal. Only got 2pieces. The fries were burnt and the 2 pieces I got I didn’t finish because they didnt looked cooked through. So I paid $10 for coleslaw. I won’t be going back.

One of the better fast food places I been to since covid start "lack of employment " very nice employees, and clean. The only dislike would be that our meal should have a cookie, and they chose not to tell us that they don't have any cookies.
