Panera Bread

I ordered the strawberry Poppy Chicken salad. I paid WAY too much for a salad that . . . #1 There were No strawberries( it’s a strawberry salad!!?) #2 NO pecans #3 They gave me about 10ml of dressing. That is not even close to enough dressing. But I do get coffee here every morning and it’s great. So 2 stars! Coffee 👍🏻 Food 👎🏻

I love Panera. Part of the dining experience is the atmosphere of the restaurant. 7 employees were behind the counter. None were busy with a customer. Almost every table needed cleaning. No booths were available. They still had dirty dishes on them. (I thought customers were supposed to bus their own tables, so that is an issue of a different kind.) I wish the management would take pride in a clean inviting place to eat. Tables should always be ready for the next customer. Very disappointing.

I love Panera, even subscribed to the unlimited coffee for my frequent visits but this location has one of the rudest managers i have ever encountered and i wish there was a way to leave a review for this specific store other than on Google. Gina is extremely rude to customers and staff. It makes me never want to visit this store again, but it is the only one near me so i don't have a choice if i still want Panera. Panera in Rolla, please do something about the rude customer service at this location. Examples: I was ordering some food today and another employee asked me a question so i paused to answer, before i finished Gina (the rude manager) mumbles so i politely day, "I'm sorry, what was that?". She then raises her voice and responds "What. Is. Your. Name." ,Slowly, like I'm incompetent, and with a terrible attitude. On a previous visit i was politely waiting for someone to move out of the way of the tea so i could get my own, i was not in the way of anyone and made sure. The same manager comes up and aggressively tells me to move out of her way, just so she could give something to the woman directly next to me. Do not recommend visiting unless it is your only choice and she is not working that day. I will no longer eat here if Gina is present.

My mom & I both got a green goddess salad. I didn't want avocados on mine & they didn't put it on hers either. The salads were small- it cost us $30 for a cup of corn chowder, a half green goddess cob salad & a whole one. For that we paid $30!!!! We're never going back there. Super disappointment. The salad was supposed to have eggs & pickled red onions & that wasn't on either salad. Terrible!

They're always messing up orders, the management is rude and has zero customer service skills. She laughed at me because I was pitching a fit about a 3 dollar soda that was not delivered to my house. It wasn't the soda that upset me it was the three phone calls that were made which the phone rang, picked up with no hello and slammed back down. That's what upset me....not the soda. Call the next day to actually speak with someone who again sets me on hold then hangs up. Fifth call, I finally get the rudest manager who says none of her employees would do that. With an attitude, I am then asked what can be done and I replied, refund me the price of my soda. I'm scoffed at and was told really..ok. she ended up refunding me my meal. Oh, did I mention the condescending conversation she was having about me to her employee while I was on the phone? I will never patronize that panera again.

Ordered on the app and used curb side pickup. Recieved my text that the food was ready replied with my spot number and they said someone would be out. After many phone calls with no answer, I went through the drive thru because of toddlers in car seats, where I was directed to go back around and someone would be out. Nothing like cold pizza

Second time we have had issues with ordering delivery. But today I ordered... A Tuesday bagel pack, a tub of honey walnut cream cheese, a pastry, a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and an iced coffee customized. I received the iced coffee and the bagel pack. Nothing else. The iced coffee was on point! But I had to call to ask about the missing pastry and cream cheese. They said no problem they'd run it out to me. Then I tried to call back because I realized the plain bagel was missing and no one answered. Also if you notice they changed my order on the receipt. Which is fine buy they could've called to ask what I wanted to replace the missing items with. Like I said the customized iced coffee was perfect but the bagels were just thrown in a bag. No napkins no silverware.. Nada. This place use to be top notch .. Sad to see it go down hill.
