The pump says you can just begin fueling. They didn’t turn on the pump when I tried, so I stuck my head inside and asked the guy to start pump 5. After being told it’s prepay only, I told him that’s not what it says on the pump, to which he responded with, “New system. Prepay only.” I don’t like spending $70 for 13 gallons just to be lied to. Who can’t activate a pump??

Being totally honest because these days there are so many companies needing help recovering from COVID that my experience at this particular 7-11 really deserves honest feedback. My experience was HORRIBLE, even customers behind me were becoming upset. First only ONE person out of 2 could do money orders (2 other customers behind me needed sae). It took the cashier 20 minutes to get me my money orders! He was rude, could have cared less how the customer (me) was getting upset. He showed NO sympathy for how long he was taking. He could have apologized for the length of time it was taking but he could have cared less. I WILL NEVER EVER GO INTO THIS 7-11 AGAIN. NOT EVER!

I purchased from this establishment after pumping gas. Was getting ready to leave and stomach hurt so went in to use restroom. The guy that was working rudely told me I couldn't be there more than 30 min. So I bought gas and cigs from this place and used restroom total of 15 min and rudely was told to leave the store. I've never been treated like this in my life especially from a convenient store. I told him that if it was a big deal me using restroom and buying from the store I'd never come back and he rudely told me back that would save him the trouble. Myself coming to this store atleast 3 times a week getting gas and energy drinks all all the time would never of thought I would be treated like that especially by someone working at a convenient store that we have a contract with treat anyone like this. It is poor customer service no matter who the customer is.

If I could I would put ZERO! Ethiopian man working should be fired immediately! I filled my medium slurpee only to be rudely declined because I had a mobile coupon. He didn’t even try to scan it before saying that it could not work. I have went to another 7-11 and the worker scanned it and worked perfectly. The Ethiopian man at this 7-11 is a PERFECT example of laziness and TERRIBLE costumer service.

I came in on what is considered graveyard shift and expected to be greeted by a sloppy tired attendant but was pleasantly surprised by a young lady by the name Andrea. She was a absolute delight. Very helpful. I will return to this store. Love to see people who enjoy their job and make shopping pleasant. Thank you!

On Sunday October 28th, I bought 2 Mega Millions tickets and 2 Powerball tickets, $8 total. The numbers are illegible, unable to see the numbers because there is a ink blotch on both. I didn't notice it after I left the store. The man was looking at the tickets but sold me the bogus tickets anyway. You have wasted my money and didn't care. I deserve a refund. The manager needs to troubleshoot the lottery ticket machine. Not good service!
