Subway

This is my 3rd complaint. I have been a customer over 10 years. The owner knows I work for a school nearby. He is very very cheap. He reprimand's any employee for giving me to much lettuce on my salad. When I walk in his employees tells me they can only give me a little lettuce. Lettuce is the cheapest thing in the store it has no nutritional value. Either way what happened to having it my way. Why can't I pay extra for lettuce like I pay extra for tuna. It is also, very cold in the winter time I cannot eat there. He monitor's his thermostat from home. His staff is so cold they wear coats every winter. He has never tried to solve the issue on none of my complaints

Subway has always been my go to when I'm not sure what I want...I never regret it. That being said, I eat there a few times EVERY week because of me never knowing what I want. I didn't used to trust restaurant tuna, but that's been my order almost every time. Of course I look at it hoping to tell its age by the color, but so far I will stick with it.
