Applebee's

I went to Applebee's today with my grandma and her friend after coming back from the dentist had a cup of coffee and french onion soup the soup was horrible the cheese was super thick like a glob there was no onions in the soup as I started around trying to find it it tasted horrible and our waitress didn't even ask how it was not one time I even gave the soup back within 2 minutes of it sitting at the table I would never go back there again this is trash restaurant. And I would never tell anybody to go back there again and I'll never return I had to bite my tongue because my grandma said not to say nothing not even a manager stop by the table to see how things were that's sad. New update I talked to the manager on the phone he was nice and understanding and said he'll send a gift card I was just happy to have somebody be understanding unlike the waitress

Haven't been here in a while but remembered it was good last time I had it. My girlfriend and I choose here. Not the best idea. We got the 2 for 26 I believe and both got the fiesta chicken and crunchy onion rings (over done onion rings). We both left our plates full as the food was extremely salty. But the rice had no flavor at all. payed the $30 bill and left hungry and unsatisfied. I don't know if I should have said something to management or if it would have done anything anyways. Our server was very nice though.

When we got there only two other tables had people at them. The servers all would go to the back for 5-10 minutes then come back out at the same time. It took 40 minutes from walking in the door to get our appetizer and we ordered the first time the server came to our table which was 10 minutes after being seated. Service was awful- no refills, could not find anyone to pay or ask for water since they were all in the back. After 60 minutes we finally got our food which was okay but not great.

Absolutely the worst service I have experienced in years at any restaurant. We arrive just before 4:30pm. It took at least 20 minutes to even get our drinks (we ordered water, tea and milk). All of the staff was in the back after we were seated and continued to go into the back for extended periods of time. If we asked for something, it took an excessive amount of time to get whatever it was we asked for. We asked for extra napkins with our appetizer and didn’t get them until after we were already done. . Very unimpressed with the service and the food. We won’t be back.
