Dunn Brothers Coffee

A quick swing in here on a road trip to have an iced beverage and play a card game or two proved to be a bad idea for myself. I ordered a chia tea on ice and was greatly disappointed! The drink was think and syrupy! Sadly I couldn’t even drink it! My husband had a much better experience as his drink was pretty much how he likes it. The place was very small and only offered a few tables for customers. The bathrooms were clean.

I stopped on a road trip with my toddler who needed a break from the car. The staff was really kind and accommodating to my child who needed to stretch her legs, have a diaper change, and explore. The coffee was great, which was a relief since I live in the Pacific Northwest where we take great coffee for granted on every corner! I would definitely visit Dunn Brothers again and recommend it to anyone looking for good service and good coffee.

ABSOLUTELY the best coffee around. I live the Chicago area and it angers me there’s none in my area!!!! Every time I come to the Rochester area, I HAVE to make a few trips to Dunn Bros for my morning coffee and afternoon frappechinod... Such friendly service too! I screwed up my order, and not only did they let me keep the one I screwed up while ordering, but the lady remade my order free of charge even though I insisted paying for the right one. YOU GUYS HAVE A LOYAL CUSTOMER NOW!!!

The best coffee in Rochester without question. Dunn Bros goes above the average service by always giving more than what you expected. Their coffee is perfectly roasted, smooth and beautifully aromaic. The Chocolate Iced Nirvana is an addiction. Their breakfast menu is our favorite and perfect for a Saturday morning. The egg sandwiches are seasoned well and cooked with balance, they are generous with harsh browns, and know how bacon needs to be crisp. As a bonus, they offer a wonderful gluten free selection as well! Easily, a favorite coffee shop.......and if they add gluten free cookies to their menu, I could also easily gain 10lbs.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large chai latte approximately 15 minutes before closing. I recived a large coffee with scant cream. As soon as I was able to taste that it was the wrong thing, we turned around to correct the order. They were closed. I truly feel as though that was a purposeful mistake. There's no way that one can confuse chai tea with coffee. $5.52 down the drain literally. If I could give less than 1-star I could. Went back inside the next day and explained what had happened. They replaced the coffee that was supposed to be my chai tea with a brand-new truly chai tea. And also gave me a free drink next time. The Barista acknowledged that the incorrect drink was not a mistake. Kudos to you! I will be back and will change star rating next time!
