This was our first time there and my kids absolutely loved it. The place has the best security in place that I have ever seen. The place was very clean and I noticed the staff wiping the games and tables down constantly. The pizza was great. The staff was so friendly and my daughter just loved getting a hug from Chuck E himself. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for something fun to do with the kids.

We came for my niece's birthday party and the staff was amazing. Our hostesses where attentive and professional. Thanks to those young ladies the party was a real success. Kudos girls for a job well done.

We had my sons birthday party there. Definitely worth it. I didn't have to do anything except to have fun. They served the pizza, did refills, cut and served the cake. Plus I didn't have to do any clean up. I will add they were extremely patience and understanding. My son is autistic and gets overwhelmed very easy. The pizza was actually good. (4 years ago it wasn't great)

Great place for the kiddos, great for adult kiddos too! Have held a couple parties at Roanoke’s Chuck E Cheese, super fun. Last party we held, we were a party of 15. Everyone had a huge blast. I noticed this location is a little different from other locations I’ve been to. Other locations have had more games. Employees are always extremity friendly and respectful.

I was pleasantly surprised that I loved the pizza here and definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. I loved that my child was able to play the games and ride the rides here for a decent amount of money and also guaranteed security seeing as you have to take a photo with your child at the door and they will not let you leave with any child without proof they are yours.. I will definitely be returning soon. Thanks Chuck E. Cheese 🧀
