Great Wall

I use to love this place, but lately their quality is deteriorating. Portion is less. Less meat, less rice or noodles whatever. Their fried rice is just a colored rice , it isnt fried and they charge like it is a fried rice. I called to compla8n, and tye women on the phone got offended and kept the conversation short and hanged up. A shame

NEVER AGAIN ! First time trying and can tell you it was horrible ... chicken undercooked and vegetables over cooked and was VERY SALTY! Dinner portion is small, did not want white rice and you guessed it got white rice and it tasted old ! Plus the young boy who rang up order tried to short change me $5 ! Lobby had food supplies and drinks stacked on floor and a kid was sitting in middle of it all on a laptop. Did not even receive an egg roll or fortune cookie !!! WHAT ????? Well you can guess I threw most of it in trash they should not be in business THEY SUCK !

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD! General Tso chicken had so much salt on it you couldn’t eat it. Fried rice was so dry. I called and the person who answer “well what do you want me to do about it sarcastically.” She said well you ate it and I said no I didn’t and they could come pick it up. I told her I was leaving a bad review and her response was that’s okay we don’t care. Bad food and even worse customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It’s not even the one star I had to leave in order to comment..

Great take out, very good moo goo gai pan (my favorite dish). If they had fresh bamboo shoots I would rate as 5 stars. Those things are expensive, and this food is cheap, fast and delicious. At least worth a 4 star! Roanoke thank your stars for this and Best Wok. Many areas just do not have any good Chinese food.
