Mcdonald's

The people here have 0 pride for there work or customer service. The first issue we had was they handed us a "chocolate milkshake" which was vanilla. They also forgot to give me a drink with my meal asked for root beer.. received diet coke. The French fries where under cooked and soggy. Then the overall customer service was horrid. No sorry, no please. No thank you for you patience. nothing. Even for a fast for joint the it was very displeasing meal and service. Will not be forgetting this experience anytime soon.

I no longer go to this location. They have an extremely rude person there who I will no longer deal with. I go to McDonald's and usually buy 2 apple pies (don't judge me 😂) as a treat. I went to their drive thru and asked for 2 apple pies and this woman said "We have no fresh apple pies" so I innocently asked if they had any older ones left. Then she gruffly replied "You wouldn't like them" which surprised me as I was polite to her. I explained to her I just take them home and microwave them later which seemed to enrage her and she sternly replied "We have NO apple pies". I was shocked at how rude this woman is. Since I wanted the pies I drove across the river to the West Main Street location. I asked for two apple pies and the girl said "Unfortunately they'll be about 8 minutes" so I told her that would be fine, I was willing to wait, so she said OK come to the window. Still shocked about the Riverview incident I told the woman what happened and she told me they always have pies and can put some in if the customer wants to wait. My jaw dropped. I have made 4 subsequent visits to the Riverview location because I live here. The first a young man served me and I got 2 apple pies no problem. The next two tries I got that woman taking my order and both times she told me they have no apple pies quite rudely, I will add. Today my daughter asked me to pick up a Big Mac for her on my way home it was on my way home, so I pulled to the double drive thru. There was one car in the inside lane already ordering so I pulled to the menu board on the outside lane. That same woman was working. She said just a moment please and I said no problem so she continued to take the other order. A truck pulled in on the inside lane and when the first car started away he started to pull up but due to the lineup he only got the front of his truck on the pad. I was stunned when she asked for his order while she obviously knew I was there. The man had to shout his order hanging out his window because he hadn't reached the speaker. I would have left but couldn't escape the drive thru. I ordered the hamburger for my daughter, paid and left. I'll never go to this store again. I think she recognizes my voice and somehow considers me not worthy of her service. I'm not sure if the store will find a way to resolve this and I'll likely never know because I have never been so poorly treated, on repeat occasions, as I have at the McDonalds in Riverview. They are not worthy of me subsidizing the wages of that awful person. I'll go to West Main. They don't have people there who shouldn't be serving fellow human beings. Good luck but good riddance Riverview location I hope you get a handle on your customer service.

Went through drive thru last night around 11 pm for a couple of burgers. Hesitant at first because we always regret coming here.. but last night we were pleasantly surprised. Our order was right the first time and was fresh! And the young guy at the window, confirmed our order and was very pleasant and friendly
