Dunkin Donuts

Just read some of the reviews from the one stars and you’ll see some of the issues that others have experienced in the area. I think the service has went down since they’ve hired so many teens. I have my own thoughts about this location but if you’re looking for a decent Dunkin’ Donuts your best bet is the one north on 301 or opting for hole in a donut location in Brandon.

Just know if you hear the staff laughing in the background, they’re about to mess up your order. I lost count of how many times I had to drive back up there for them to correct my food. When you address them about it they become very disrespectful. I would not recommend this location if you’re ordering anything other than donuts.

The employees really don’t care about their job and it shows. THE ENTIRE STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! No customer service manners whatsoever. I get stared at like they seen a ghost. This has happened quite a few times. Then the drive thru line is extremely slow. I thought drive thru’s were created for faster service for people on the go… Boy was I wrong! & Please don’t get me started on the donuts. There so dry and overbaked. Someone is clearly in the back ignoring the oven when it beeps. Like what is going? What has happened? This location was absolutely amazing years ago. I continue to keep coming back expecting a different outcome but this will be my last time. I can’t continue to keep letting “America’s favorite coffee shop” put me down again. ✌🏾

This morning I went as always to get my usally 6 donuts as always do evryday , in the drive way there is this girl I couldn't get her name because she doesn't wanna give it to me , she was the super rude girl I've never meet there , she yallow and talks alot as my English isn't good so I let her talk . I order what I always get and in a part she speak I said sorry I didn't understand they start yalling on the mic. I have the date and the time , so wishing from the responsible to take action or give this lady some courses how to be nice and treat poeple nice spicaly a morning time .

This used to be my favorite Dunkin, but today my family and I had the worst experience. We do not eat pork and we ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich with no meat. Sounds simple right. The girl questioned us and repeated our order to us. When we got our sandwiches it had bacon on it. My husband brought the sandwiches back into the store to exchange for new ones and all they did was take the bacon off of the sandwiches and gave us the same sandwiches back. Which means that the sandwiches still had bacon taste. This is not good business at all! I am so disappointed in this location!
