Starbucks

I love Starbucks but this location seems to hire personnel who don’t like to work or who have a a major attitude. In no rush, waiting for my order and I noticed the barista didn’t even add the flavor in. When I asked if she could add it in major drama, so I overpaid for a cup of coffee with milk in it. I will get my drink from another location before I shop at this target from now on since this has been a issue with these baristas on a weekly basis.

Despite all other Starbucks, this one's customer service is really disgraceful! They don't even look at you!!! I felt as I was not welcomed to their store. The coffee was luke warm (was supposed to be hot coffee). The associate was very disrespectful towards her customers. I was waiting for my coffee and she was wiping her table and just ignored me. It would be my first and last visit to this location inside Target!!!

Had my first bad experience at a Starbucks. Three employees behind the counter and all of them acted like they didn’t know what was going on. I asked One of them a question and she even said, “I don’t work in this area”. The other 2 didn’t even respond to me. I only ordered a hot coffee with sugar, and it was cold. There may be other employees who work there that do a great job, but today was mediocre.

Went in to the Starbucks across from Brandon Town Center to get 2 Venti size Frappuccino, no whip and extra caramel drizzle on both. Ordered my selections then waited for them to make fill the order. When they called my name I told them of an incident at another Starbucks near me ran out of caramel. The barista said she was not sure it of the two I ordered was caramel or dark caramel. By the way, the other Starbucks substituted dark caramel tried it, did not like it. Continuing my story - Got to the car and my wife and I tasted the drinks. Neither one was anywhere close to being a caramel Frappuccino as we have received in past visit. I took the drinks back in and told the barista about our concerns. She apologized and offered to make two new ones. Again, it did not look like they was much extra caramel as we had ordered. Went back to the car, tasted the drinks. Again the drinks were not as we envisioned them. Given how specific Starbucks is with food preparation you would think all Starbucks would prepare the drink selections in the same manner in all locations using the same ingredients and amounts. Apparently this is not the case.
