Chick-fil-a

I stopped by last night to grab a quick dinner. I was greeted by a festive and lively staff. I left there feeling in a festive mood myself! I am always a fan a the food but wanted to give a shout out to the manager/team lead... you have created an atmosphere that allows your team to enjoy themselves and affects your customers positively..... well done!

My friends and I came here (12/8 @3:15) for an ASL assignment where we couldn’t talk the whole time. And when we had to order, we couldn’t even use ASL, we had to ACT OUT our order! My friend and I were kinda nervous because we didn’t want to look weird but we needed to do it for our grade. When I walk up, the guy Ethan (the name on the receipt) was so awesome! He said “is this a challenge?!” And he totally played the part and helped us out. My friend and I were relieved and really happy about our experience. Overall, this kid needs a raise, and is such a dawg.

Me and my friend just bought a headband for her little sister and she dropped it someone picked it up and gave it to a worker and they were keeping it behind the counter till we came back went they saw us they asked if we dropped the headband and they gave it back to us. Thank you Chick-fil-A for hiring such great workers. They save a little girl from feeling left out and not loved. (The food was delicious too!)

Love the food, good customer service. But whether I order an 8 or 12 piece nugget, it’s always cut short. 7, 9,10… but always jipping you a few nuggies. Not cool lol. Please pay attention to the order. Your customers pay extra for a 12 piece… so they shouldn’t be getting 1 more nugget than the 8 piece.

My wife and I love coming here. We probably come at least once a week and normally go through the drive through. We always use mobile order and it just saves time and helps speed along the process for everyone. I can't remember the last time they messed up on our order. They are always very friendly and helpful.
