Michelle our server was such a joy… she was kind, happy, and energetic… our little girls just loved her… I haven’t come across customer sevice like this in so so long!

Let me just say, I like Black Bear. This day was a little more entertaining than usual. My server Michelle, was working hard, I know she doesn’t cook the food, but it was taking a bit and I had an appointment across the street, so I asked how much longer. Must have been an unusual question for the morning, but she did come up with “it should just be a few more minutes”. The in house sausage takes a little longer to cook(well worth the wait) . Everything was tasty and cooked well. Michelle enjoy your Merry Christmas 70%tip.

This is the local meetup for when me and my friends want to grab a quick bite. The service is always great, and even interact well with my kids. This last time, Michelle was so friendly and prompt with every need!
The food is diner food, so don't come expecting Michelin star food, but it's reliable delicious.

MICHELLE IS THE BEST SERVER THERE IS !!!!!! SHE WAS HILARIOUS AND LAUGHED WITH OUR JOKES ! SHE EVEN GAVE US HER CHRISTMAS LIGHT NECKLACE ! Next time I come back I will be requesting bestie Michelle🩷 she never failed to make me giggle and she understood my sense of humor. WE LOVE YOU MICHELLE !!!!! Customer service was top tier and she was on top of everything and gave us more than we needed ! She was such a gem🩵 10/10 service even though we had a bigger group of people she was still on top of everything and didn’t miss a single food item. ALL MY LOVE GOES TO MICHELLE !!

I love Black Bear diner and take my kid there every Saturday. Everyone is always very nice and gives great service, especially my usual servers Michelle and Jordan. The food is fast and always very good. It's definitely a cut above places like IHOP or Denny's. The pancakes are especially good.

I had a wonderful experience today dining here. The food was delicious, and our waitress Michelle was topnotch! It's hard to find exceptional service these days, and she made sure we were taken care of from the moment we sat down until we left. We will definitely be back!

Best experience this morning at
Black Bear Diner in Riverton! We’re greeted by a friendly hostess and Jessica M was our server. She was friendly, helpful, and kept our coffee hot & filled. Tried the Breakfast Club Biscuit and it was very tasty! Will definitely be returning!
