I drove from San Bernardino to this location, she would not serve me saying she had to restock, I'm giving this location one star which should be a 0 star what good is it to be open 24 hours if you cannot get service changed my 1☆ to 5☆s Because I later realized this location closes every night at 1:30am to 2:30am for clean up and restock with only one employee most of time's Once this was explained to me by a wonderful young lady working 3rd shift I felt to be fair I'd edit my post

Food and customer service was great. Just a heads-up, though - they do not provide curbside pickup after dark. It's a somewhat sketchy area, so I am actually glad they do not put their employees in an uncomfortable/dangerous situation.

If you have EBT in any other county besides Los Angeles than you’re like me and you’re not able to get hot food like people can in LA….EXCEPT HERE!!! They accept regular EBT for everything on their menu. And they’re open 24 hours a day. How awesome is that?

Have been coming here for the last month to pick up lunch for me and my carpool partner on the way to work. We would come maybe 3 time a week. Lately, the worker that we always get (Griselda I think?) is very rude and cold towards me. I thought it was maybe just a bad day or her personality. BUT she was nicer the first couple of times I went there, and on times where I was there another person came, she would ignore me and greet the other person. The last couple of times I went, I audibly tried to be friendly, greeted her as I came in, said thank you when I got my food. Just basically trying to be the most friendly I could. She would still roll her eyes at me, ignore, and just plop my sandwich on the counter and walk away as fast as she could. I dont know what I did for her to treat me that way. Maybe she's the franchise owner and is annoyed I would use the discount offer codes in the app. Sometimes I would even combine this with the earned bucks and i would get a foot long for like $5. Maybe I would ask for too much "extras" of all the veggies I could in the app. For the record, the app allows you to do this. To be honest, they would always add the same amount. But I never complained because its not like app charges you more for this so I said whatever. Anyway, I do not feel welcomed when I come here so I will pick up our lunch in another subway on the way to work. This one was just the most convenient because it was right next to my freeway exit.

Louis was absolutely terrible to every single customer (I witnessed 5) I saw interact with. He has terrible customer service. He was insanely condescending to every person. I could not believe it every time.. every customer. I am so thankful for the other worker there, because Louis left a terrible taste in my mouth. I really hope he is not a manager because he is a terrible influence. I've never seen any employee, anywhere, be rude so many times in a row.. I'm seriously still in shock. All the customers were being so nice too..

Says open 24 hours. Lady was not in store for 15 min. Found her talking to gas station employees. When she finally got done she walks into subway and says she's closed.....but the sign says open 24 hours. She refused to serve any food and make sales. Worst food business I've been to.

Bring the black girl back!!!!She knew how to make sandwiches. Came in today, I was first and the lady didn’t even say hi when I said it twice. She didn’t even make my sandwiches like she was trained to. Some guy came to assist her but he had attitude and acted like I was out of line for us using ebt , threw my card at me.I misplaced my debit and I came back to them both ignoring me even though my sandwiches were done. And I said. Can someone help me pay for my food. But the guy said there were four ppl and I feel like I’m a customer too and I just needed to find a different payment but they still ignored me and acted like I was in wrong but why make me wait when there was only one person helping with sandwiches before .and always when I visit this location . They both must be new cause they have no customer service skills or how to handle a small buisness.

They have been closed for over an hour the cashier said they would be back in 45 mins you can Hear the employees in the back but no one bothered to come to the front or even say hello just have people waiting so rude and no customer service . The only good thing is the accept EBT
