Taco Bell

I show up for a DoorDash at 9:45 pm and I was not aware the dining area would still be open this late. Anyways I decide to walk straight to the drive thru because I was on a motorcycle and the African American girl never greeted me and once she actually saw me she just stared at me until I broke the ice and I told her I was waiting for a DoorDash. She didn’t even acknowledge anything I said and rolled her eyes instead and told me “so what I don’t care, go inside and tell them” . The amount of ignorance and carelessness she displayed is truly unbelievable. Literally giving me attitude for no reason! Overall very disappointed with my encounter tonight here. Would give 0 stars if possible!

This specific Taco Bell is out of a multitude of items every time I visit. For example Baja blast. They haven’t had it in months. I’m not being dramatic here I’m talking 2-3 months. If there’s some sort of shortage then I apologize. However for some reason I doubt that. My most recent visit no sour cream no fire sauce. Brother get it together.

Came here for the new wings yesterday and these people straight up lie to my face and said that they stoped selling them the day before! The were also out of everything! Went to a different location way further than my house and got the wings with no problem! I hate being lied to and inconvenience just because people are being lazy! If you don’t want to do your job, than quit! But don’t punish me for it!

Owner of this location needs to work on outdated computer. I was able make on line order but the system was down according to one of the employees. I knocked and she came out and let me know. She made my food. Just not the best service because of the equipment being down. Maybe a sign on the door would have helped. Second attempt that this happened that they had to close the drive thru and lock doors. Missing out on lunch rush...
