The Barn

🏫 I've enjoyed the patio ambiance and vegetarian options at The Barn. I love the history, and love that the main building will be preserved with the remodel! 👍 As this remodel has them closed until 2020, of course I ate there June 2018, a day before they closed! I tried the BLT with avocado, substitute soy chicken for the B, with a side salad 😋 Also some photos from 2017, and the following from 2018: Gourmet Grilled Cheese with added avocado + a side of Barn fries 🍟 Turkey Avocado Focaccia, substitute with soy chicken, Spaghetti with Cilantro Lime Sauce 🍝 with Soy Chicken and Garlic Parmesan Bread

Overall good experience. The first thing I noticed was that I had to pay for parking per 15 min or per hr. I'm probably not going unless I happen to be on campus already. I tried the tangerine ale. It was pretty great. I wish I would have tried the Mandrin flavored one. I wish there was an option to choose to buy glass cups instead of giving plastic ones that people may not think of keeping. I only ordered a side of fries, so I can't say much about the food. The fries were just fine. I will definitely come back once campus is ready to open fully.

Amazing, I havent had food this good in a long time and especially at this price point. Portions are Huge but even more Delicious. So far I have had the chicken sandwich and a burger, I want to try everything on the menu. Large outdoor area currently opened for customers with a full concert stage for bands etc. Just a really cool unique experience and opened to everyone. DO yourself a Favor and check it out!!

I just visited today after not being able to go due to construction. Let me tell you, this is the place to go on campus and if you are visiting Riverside this is a great place big families and friends groups!! The food here is always delicious and done expertly!!! The chefs and the staff are the most welcoming and professional staff I ever saw in any restaurant or business!! 10/10 would recommend !!!

My husband and I have eaten several times at this restaurant in the UCR Campus. The quality of the food is very good. The menu is not huge, but there are healthy options like tasty salads, plus sandwiches and soups. Some vegetarian items are available. The plates are very well prepared. Their Barn fries are delicious! The location is casual with a nice patio and a dining room.
