Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza today, had a free one coming. So thought we would have one for lunch. Got it and it tasted really funny not sure if the sauce was bad or if it was made with marinara. Called once to have them check the sauce and the man stated they had just opened it. Called a second time and got a kid who immediately got a attitude like oh you again, and asked me, do you want a refund or what? I wanted to say, no Moran how do you refund a free pizza. This was hands down the worst pizza I have ever tried to eat. We went many years not eating at pizza hut because of poor product and over the past year and half started ordering from them again on occasion. But after this, I think we will continue not to waste our money ordering nasty pizza from them. As a result today, we had to throw theirs in the garbage and order one from somewhere else.

I ordered a curbside pick up. I called the number when I reached the store- it rang endlessly. I was transferred to a main system somewhere and was on hold 8 minutes. They sent the store a message and said the pizza would be our in 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes later I was still waiting. I had to drag two toddlers in and there was only one worker who did not even apologize. Terrible service.
