like how all the co-workers here are always smiling and laughing! I realize they love their job! The workers always treat me right! Everything is always clean! I am really picky eater & they only got my order wrong ONCE! I called the store and I came back and my order was fixed right away! The manager apologized & gave me some free taco coupons. I understand people make mistakes & that they are not robots. That day decided to eat inside after I seen one of my friends. While I was eating inside I noticed the workers in the front cashier was always cleaning lobby or cleaning something I never seen her just stand in front of the computers which is great but the customer thought noone was working there. I seen him order on the Kiosk instead. He did get offered help after he was noticed. They started to get busy and I heard a lady cussing at a manager for not having the pizza back and she couldn’t find it on the app. The manager told her they don’t teach them stuff about the app and that she couldn’t charge them for the pizza because it’s not on their computer yet for her to charge her for it. So the customer started screaming and cussing at the manager! She didn’t deserve to get treated bad. I was surprised how professional she handled it & how she just started taking orders from other people like nothing had happened. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you’re not a picky eater , eat here then. The past couple of times I’ve gone into this Taco Bell , my orders have been completely wrong or I’m missing items from my meal . Even when I order ahead on the app with all my changes and customizations they have still managed to mess it up. And when you take your food back for it to be fixed , you get attitude from the employees in the kitchen . I get mistakes happen , but when it’s almost EVERYTIME , that’s ridiculous. If you didn’t want to have to make it a second time , should’ve have read the order right the first time.

What is wrong with this place? Laughing at customers who can’t order when your required form of ordering doesn’t work? I wanted a TB Pizza that was advertised as coming back to the menu. Woo hoo! So excited! The girl at the drive-thru tells me that it’s not available to order in drive-thru until tomorrow, but I can order it through the app and get it today. #ugh I hate ordering through apps and don’t even have TB app on my phone, but I wanted that pizza so I reluctantly began downloading it. While trying for 20 minutes to download the app (service in the mountains is slow) I went to another place to grab a coffee while I waited, then tried to order my pizza BUT ITS NOT ON THE APP. #annoyed Now here’s where the bad part happens that triggered my review: the girl can’t tell me where to find it in the app, so she gets the manager. Manager LAUGHS AT ME and says she doesn’t know where it is, “but lots of people have been ordering them online today.” Online? As in “on the website”? Or via the app? She doesn’t know, so I looked on the website. No way to order on the website, so I asked her if she could PLEASE just get a pizza for me. She replied, “Nope. Can’t do it unless you order it online. We want customers to use the app.” 😤 And that’s the end of my story. No pizza for me, no sale for Taco Bell, 💵 and hopefully the manager realizes that LAUGHING at a customer is rude and drives customers away.

I am a Pro Driver and ive been a lot of places and restaurants but this one here was beyond my expectations. This Taco Bell 🔔 is one of the cleanest Taco Bell's I've ever been to and all the ingredients was fresh, so fresh that I had to write an review. The staff was friendly and I can honestly say that every time I come through Rifle, CO with a considerable amount of time to stop I will be doing just that, stopping. This restaurant is definitely a 5 star restaurant in my book and Thank You Taco Bell 🔔 Staff for the fresh food.
