Dunkin'

Besides the coffee, the workers in this store tend to interrupt me while I was ordering! I personally think that is a rude behavior. I also had this Interruption suddenly happening to me for no reason starting from last Friday morning 1/14/2022. Could this be any worse than that?! Also on 01/23/2022 at approximately 3:45 Afternoon: you guys saw me punched the storefront as I got out. Why? Because still they gave me a horrible service by keep asking me again and again even though I kept repeating my orders. And you guys at that time laughed at me while I was so upset at them!!! Also, as I got out, after I had dropped 2 donuts out of 6 I have bought, they thought it was my problem and I kept telling them it was an accident! They only replace me only one donut, which is short of 1 more donut!! You know what, if your manager is gonna keep changing workers, why don't (s)he hire a Spanish, European, Asian-American individual or anyone who has best English-Second Language skills?! Otherwise lose this business because those workers NEVER ever care of what I had being through with them and whether I have a bad day or not!! Also, My mom had being there too, she also felt RUINED by those Middle eastern!!! If this store is out of business, I hope it WILL become a Starbucks in the future. These workers will also have better English skills so I do not need to have this stress- which is repeating each word too many times anymore!

This location use to provide excellent customer service, hardly ever made mistakes, was a bit friendlier and on point with the orders. Some of the new workers and management are very slow with the orders, constantly make mistakes, not as friendly. They need to retrain their staff as well as the managers. Also, with covid and handling money they need to change their gloves when touching the food and drinks, which they lack

Awful. I had $2 dunkin gift card from T-Mobile Tuesday app. Came here to redeem it and paid the remaining amount with my card on Dunkin Donut app. After the QR code on T-Mobile Tuesday app was scanned, I switched over to DD app to scan my giftcard QR code. The cashier was shaking his head at me for using 2 QR codes. There was no reason for him to react that way. Never coming here again.
