Freshii

Freshii’s is a great alternative to eating healthy. However, compared to their actual locations, it is does not meet expectations. Wraps, salads, or drinks, coupled with a few of their combos already made. The service and quality of food is alright at best. Food court food is never that good. It being in an airport just makes it worse.

This branch of Freshii has consistent problems with poor customer service, lack of staff training and running out of ingredients. For example, my last visit I ordered a $10 Cobb Salad. After I paid I was informed that they were out of avocado, and offered another vegetable in exchange. (This has happened more than once.) If you don't have all the ingredients to make a salad: 1) inform the customer immediately (they may chose something different) and certainly before they pay, 2) offer a token discount (if the company policy permits) for the inconvenience, or 3) offer a replacement and 4) ALWAYS apologize for the inconvenience. These are some basics of customer service and establishing a solid customer base. If the staff are not doing this, frankly this is a managerial issue for not training your staff adequately. I don't usually complain or review, I just think this branch should be avoided until they better get their act together. I have been going there since it opened, but won't anymore - they're giving the franchise a bad name.
