Subway

Store is clean and kept tidy. Area is very small and sitting area arranged so badly. Food is ok not great. Store is convenient and interesting Subway of course. Staff are so not happy with something which you don't know. They seem like are angry of some ungiven right which customers taken from them! Not sure why. I don't go there again.

Wow I really wish I read the reviews before deciding to come here. My 6 year old son and I came in today for chopped salads, which I know are inconvenient rather than subs so I told her to use the same bowl for ours to not waste dishes and was super polite. My son orders his own and says "lots of black olives please, and lots of lettuce please" and is very mindful of his manners. I cannot believe how many times we had to ask for "more please" to get the 2/3 of a bowl we were served. We often go to Subway in different towns wherever we are. It's our go-to. I have never had such a sad salad. Then once they were in the bowls and I saw that it would not be near enough to feed us I asked for two soups and she just walked away and started serving the next person and left the cashier to deal with it so she made me a microwaved bowl of soup and I just paid and left. I can only assume that the vegetables come out of their paycheck, so I'd recommend that the owner or management or whoever is making them cut corners should consider another career.

It's been a few times I had a problem with this store. First, one of the worker was rude. Second, I have to repeat myself most of the time before they understood what I was saying. And now, I was just there at 0740 and I was going to order 2 wraps and a drink. But the worker said she can't do the wraps right now because the grill is not ready yet, it will take awhile to get it ready to be use. She even reasoned it out that the store opens at 0730. And I said I know that's why I was there and I asked shouldn't everything be ready my the time you open? And she said no, because her shift also starts at 0730. I am not sure if she was telling the truth, but shouldn't they be starting a bit early before the store open so everything will be ready. Very disappointed!

Absolutely shameful customer service. Was in the restaurant a full fifteen minutes before closing time and the employees refused to serve me and kicked me out while they tended to the customer in front of me. Congratulations, my expectations for a Subway were already low and you managed to meet not even that!

EVERY time I go to this location the staff are rude and beyond stingy. I worked at a subway as a kid and know for a fact that a foot long sub is supposed to have a minimum of 6 of each veggie, yet when they don’t do that and I ask for more they give me attitude and make me feel like I’m asking them a huge favour. They are unprofessional and all seem to hate their job. I think it’s time they all look for new jobs NOT in the service industry. I have always been friendly towards them and they have only ever said rude comments or made grumpy faces. Don’t waste your time going to this subway location.

I don't expect much from Subway to begin with but I went into this location once and it will be my last. A Subway melt was what I ordered and by the time I walked out of the store and to a park(10 mins.) to eat it this sad thing was like biting into croutons. The bread must of been at least 2 days old for a minimal toasting to dry the thing out to the point where the first bite made the roof of my mouth bleed. Had I not had a cup of soup to dip the sad sub into to make it barely edible I would of went back for my hard earned money back!! They must have a very expensive super sharp slicer to get the meats so thin that the miserable lady working there was actually struggling to seperate the slices and struggle she did as she wasn't about to put enough meat in there to taste. To the owner/worker...you're in the wrong business, sell it to someone who cares...
