Panago Pizza

Never knew you can make a dead looking pizza till last night... Even taking a photo, the pizza looked sad. We had New York deli which was all meat, made the pizza so salty. Tropical hawaiian had unequally distributed pineapple and still salty. My boyfriend loves pizza but last night he was also disappointed. We had panago prolly pre pandemic ago and it wasn't tasting underwhelming like this before.

I parked outside of Panago Pizza for less than 2min and then one lady came outside from the restaurant and she told me you cannot park here if you are gonna order something do it now or get out of my restaurant. usually if you go to a restaurant you parked your car and see what you can order inside but she just kick me out super rude. I was surprised I can’t parking there. If I came here to order something for lunch. And then she just came to my car and start yelled at me like Karen. And then she just said get out of my place… what a place to come for order something totally rude. Time: 10:50am. Idk the name of the lady. She was covered with Mask and she refuse to give me her name.

I walked into the store and took some time to think about what to order, when I was ready to order, the staff looked so unfriendly and impolite. I asked the staff how long it was gonna take, the staff said 15mins. And I decided to leave because the waiting time was long for me. I walked out and stood in front of the store a little bit where my car parked, then the staff came out and asked me was it your car? you need to go. Just because i decided so long and then I didn’t order anything? Sorry, I wasted the staff’s time. I realized it is why this store has a low ranking score. I don’t wanna come again! Customer service is really bad! It’s not gonna help a store to survive.

Ordered online and picked up. Love their create our own pizza so that bf and i can order our own sides (half/half) on just 1 pizza. U can choose size, sauce, cheese, dip, meat, veggies! Their honey garlic wings was soooooo good - highly recommended! Will definitely order again! $3.5 for a mini cheesecake was a bit pricey!

I deliver food with uber, when i went to pickup the food, the staff started shouting for the thermal Bag, my car was (reverse) parked on the door (maximum 5 feet from the glass door). I opened the boot with the car key from inside and asked them that i will surely put the food inside the bag as always. As they can clearly see the bag in the car. But they both started shouting to bring the bag inside. They disrespected me, even though they didnot packed their food very well. Just terrible experience happened on that location.
