I hate even giving this place a 1 star. I’ve never had a more poor dinning experience. Save your time and money do not dine here. I completely understand and sympathize with restaurants and the staff shortages they are currently faced with due to covid. But, this place is poorly managed to say the least. To sum up my experience we were seated immediately no server came around for 25 minutes. Finally flagged down a hostess and ask if we could place drink orders and dinner for our toddler. Server finally came took our full order drinks,appies and dinner. 15 mins later drinks come the boy who brought them spilled my husbands beer onto our toddlers milk. He still put both the spilled beer and beer covered milk on the table and left. Another 15 mins go by I again flag down a hostess and send the milk back. Our appies and toddlers meal arrive. Server has yet to come back, 30 mins go by still no mains. We asked 2 different servers for our food, then just the bill after being so frustrated and nothing. Asked to speak to the manager who finally came out of the back after 10 minutes only to say nothing. She was so frazzled hands me my bill with all the food on it that we never received. Did nothing to fix or diffuse the situation what’s so ever. They continued to seat who ever walked through the door. I felt like Gordon Ramsay shouting STOP SEATING MORE TABLES!!! They are so in over their heads…… I would never go back this place.

Went there for the first BUT also the last time. The food was good. Service so and so. Ha! When the bill came 😂 They already had an 18% tip on it. I mean, REALLY?! I always leave a tip and if i'm pleased from the service, even more. But this, here, no! Sorry! 2 thumbs down. Also i wonder why there aren't anymore reviews for this location.. Are they removed?
