I do food delivery here Some of my thoughts while waiting You have a dream? Why not plan on it, then work on it, until you reach the goal you are aiming for. It doesn’t matter how long will it take, what matters is you're working on it and not giving up on your dreams. Don’t give up, because quitting is only for the weak ones. There are some who envision their self like 10 years from now, I wanted to have this kind of life, like this like that but for me that is too long enough, I wanna cut it short, not that long but sooner. The sooner the better. But hey that still up to you how you gonna set your goals, how you work on it, how soon you wanna achieve it. Keep grinding, keep soaring just don’t loose hope and pray.

Drive through layout is silly - nowhere to wait if your food isn't ready, and you can't turn right, so you have to do a lap of the block to get back into the carpark to wait. Took them 20 minutes to make us 3 burgers, with no one else in the carpark. But they were fresh, and inside was busy making all the takeaway orders. At least it's open late!

Extremely disappointing service. Store was under renovation. Not listed anywhere that it was or that you wouldn't be serving customers on foot. I walked all the way there, starving after a long day at work and the response I get from the manager (or I assume it was) is "we won't serve you". Absolutely disgusting behaviour. No explanation as to what the difference was between me being in a car and being on foot. I work in retail so I didn't kick up a fuss in person but i not only feel discriminated against after it being fine for the uber worker to collect food on foot when it wasn't okay for me to. I'm upset with the lack of care. You have just lost a regular customer.

What a bizarre drive thru layout. There are no waiting bays if your order takes longer than usual, so you’re forced to drive around the block and back into the HJ car park. We ordered two Original Jack’s Fried Chicken add cheese and wanted them made fresh. Normally, this takes about 10 minutes which we were happy to wait. However, the cashier told us it would be a 20 minute wait?? 20 minutes for two fresh crispy patties seems very long… the only HJ in the area that’s open late.

If i could give them a zero I would. If you want to wait in a traffic jam in drive thru for 15 minutes to get your food this is the place to be. To top it off their delivery guys on bikes collect their orders from the same drive thru windows as customers in vehicles. Not only is this an OH&S issue, it makes the waiting time longer. This pathetic level of customer service is consistent. It happens every single time. Get your act together.
