Texas Roadhouse

We did call ahead seating for a party of 6 and it worked great. Saturday night was very busy. Our waitress Hales(name on our receipt)was amazing! Thank you for being our server! She was very friendly and very quick and attentive to our needs and requests.The place was clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their food! To be honest, the whole staff was friendly, courteous and helpful while walking through the restaurant. The manager should be very proud of their team! This is how it's done. Other restaurants should take notes! Thank you for making our dinner and evening awesome!

Best steak out there, tender chewy and perfect for any occasion. Staff is nicer than I've ever seen! We came in as they were closing and the staff still took their time with cooking and serving our food. Loaded sweet potato is genious and delicious. Steak fries perfectly crispy too! Ribs were tender enough to fall of the bone as your picking them up! Definitely go here whenever you want amazing food with even better service!

Our server Mitch was absolutely amazing so this review does not reflect on him. However, the other day, I ate dinner here after an award ceremony. Our party did arrive late because of this but still got there an hour before close. When I walked in the hostess ignored me to talk to a friend who had come to eat there. After another employee told her to help me, she still ignored me and another waitress had to help. After being seated, our order was taken quickly and we expected our food to be out soon. The tables around us all received their food and began to leave. After the entire hour passing with our waiter frequently checking in on us, he told us it would be out in 10 minutes. At this point the restaurant had closed and it was apparent that we were the only ones in the restaurant and our order was forgotten about. Overall I was not impressed. The next day, after meeting with my group, we realized that we had all gotten terribly sick after eating here.

4 stars for Excellent service but was disappointed with dinner. Granted it was super busy (memorial Saturday) but nonetheless food did not meet expectations. 3 stars for food because Everything was cold, even the yeast rolls. Our Entrees were "edible" after taken back to reheat. I think we may still give it another try if ever in the area again.

The steaks weren't as flavorful as I've experienced-like the ones in Indy... but the hostess and the waitress were actually GREAT! FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME ACTUALLY RECEIVING GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Greeting us with smiles, checking back on us, paying attention to us, and anticipating what we were going to need... I wish I remembered their names!

Got seated fast on Sunday afternoon. Then waited 30 minutes to be served our order. The Coke tasted like dishwater. Waitress cheerily replaced it with one that tasted just like it. Ordered filet salad medium. Got 5 little chunks of inedible beef. Wife got fries that looked like old mulch. Waitress was nice but wasn’t the least bit apologetic for the food. Overheard the table beside ask “Is of any better this time?” We left having ate about 5 bites each. The waitress offered to get us a discount. No thanks. I will take the discount of not eating here or any Texas Roadhouse again. The last 4 attempts, various locations, have all been fails. Too bad it used to be my favorite.
