Quiznos

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is my biggest pet peeve. I went to Quiznos 4/27 at 4pm. I walked up to the door and it was locked. The open sign on the window was lit up. I went back to my car to google the hours of operation and the closing time was listed as 7pm. I went back up to the door peeked inside the window and did not spot anyone inside. I then noticed the hours posted on the window which stated they were open until 7. I returned back to my car to find another place to grab food. I then saw an employee (Lupita) unlock the door from inside the restaurant. I walked back up to the door and walked inside. Lupita did not greet or acknowledge me. I ordered a sandwich and a soup. Lupita started making my sandwich and when she asked me if I would like anything else I asked her if she got the soup (I asked this because I wanted to make sure she heard me order it as I noticed she didn’t start to prepare it). Lupita said something under her mask in which I could not understand. I asked her what she said, she repeated herself however I still couldn’t understand her because her words sounded muffled under her mask. I told her I couldn’t hear her and Lupita rolled her eyes, walked away, and proceeded to prepare my soup. Lupita scooped the soup into the cup, noticing that some of the soup spilled over the side of the cup, Lupita did not wipe off the mess she created. She placed the cup of soup into the bag along with the sandwich. She did not ask if I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, or any extras on my sandwich. Lupita checked me out at the cash register, displaying attitude, she did not verbally tell me what my total was but instead stood there and looked at me. I paid for my food and upon walking out of the restaurant Lupita did not give any closure such as a thank you or have a nice day. Lupita provided poor customer service, could not communicate, and gave me an attitude while serving me. The cheddar broccoli soup was disgusting. It had a sour taste to it.

Welp I drove by this one and was actually excited to have it again. Unfortunately now I understand why they are going out of business. I waited in line where youre supposed to stand to order but they started taking orders for people going to the register. So I said screw it I'll just walk over there to order. Then when I was next they ran and help someone else. I tried getting their attention to let them know I was next and low and behold she didn't even understand English. It wasn't busy or understaffed just useless employees. As much as I loved Quiznos that experience just made me I realize to forget about it and let it die. What a shame.

I used to go to Los Banos when traveling but they closed. Searched high and low for a local Quiznos and came across this one close to my job. First time I tried it - I was shocked @ the prices but the sandwich was made with loving ❤ care. I ALWAYS get the Ultimate Turkey Club tweaked with my favorites and smothered in the vinegarette. 💋 Andrea made my first one ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and I cannot remember the guys name he too did a phenomenol job. 👌🏿👌🏿😁 . I will now have to have my fix (working overtime!) . That is my treat to myself. Good job team. Yum yum yum 🥪🥪🥪🥰🥰😍😍✔✔

Quiznos has gone downhill significantly since the early 2000s. My "steak" 🥪 was just deli sliced roast beef that was dipped into mystery broth. The sandwich was also completely soggy and falling apart when I opened it within 3 minutes of ordering it. The bread isn't substantial enough to hold even the slightest of toppings. I'll never be returning to Quiznos again.
