Stopped by the other day when I was in Richmond. Great little spot and loved the bagels with cream cheese inside.

Had such an awesome experience this morning! Had a hiccup with the app not registering the items I paid for already, but the manager jumped in and made it right! Soooo sweet.

Not a drive thru but free short term parking on street. Good location for pedestrians.

The music playing inside was much too loud. I had to walk outside for a phone call and it was windy. The person on the other end of my phone call couldn't hear me.

Top choice Dunkin’ for a quick pickup order. They always come through. The only issue I’ve had is receiving a large coffee when I order a medium. It may be generous of them but it throws off the coffee to cream ratio and is more coffee than I can possibly drink.

Even though it’s always slam packed with people the staff always has such a great attitude. As a former barista I know the horror of being swamped with orders so I really appreciate the friendliness! Dunkin is my weekly pick me up you guys are basically keeping my life together💗💗💗

Really friendly and nice. Made everything quickly, efficiently and tastes amazing. On top of that there was a mistake with 2 door dash drivers and the employees handled it well and were offering how to come up with a solution.

A few weeks ago I had a pretty bad experience here and they were basically out of everything and unapologetic about it. I pretty much felt bad for ordering but today I met the asst mgmr( James Chappell?) and I have to say I am eager to come back and see this place move back to the DD I used to look forward to ordering from. Hope y’all hold on to James and take care of him because the store is completely revamped with his drive and team.

The coffee here was great and I ordered an everything bagel and they spread the cream cheese on it so that was great as well. The man there was very polite. Only bad thing was that they did not have any muffins. Besides that, it was good.
