Wendy's

They were fast and polite. I went through the drive thru and thought a 4 piece nugget hadn't been put in my bag so I parked and walked in. They gave me another 4 piece and BBQ sauce and told me they remembered putting ot with my sandwich. I checked again when I got in my car and it was under something. I went back in to pay and they were so moved that I actually tried to pay they gave me the nuggets for free.

Came to this location with my children,. I was biased by the comments but the kiddos were hungry. This by far is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. My daughter is allergic to pickles and they put pickles on her burger anyway. When I asked the manager to simply remake the sandwich she was very rude,. I watch them take the pickles off the sandwich and re-wrap it. I told her the juice from the pickles will still make her sick. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. Please be aware

Food was okay, but the restaurant is incredibly dated and was not clean. However, I can tolerate that. What I could not tolerate is when the manager was loudly berating and bullying a member of her staff in front of both customers and fellow staff members. It must have been incredibly humiliating for that member of staff! Not only that, but the other members of staff began to bully and make fun of her as well. It was awful to watch!

This location is beyond ghetto the manager is very rude,. I ordered $14 bucks worth of food everything was ice cold,. When approached about the situation the manager said “ You can just leave…” I asked for a refund and she slammed the money in my hand! I see why they are understaffed UPDATE: Came to this location today and overheard the manager and another associate talking about me being a “Faggot” and telling the cashier she would have never served me if she knew it was me. I will be contacting upper management because this is seriously getting out of hand. 5/31/22

This Wendys is hands down horrible the worst Wendys I've ever been to they took my order and then closed shop and ignored me ! I've never had one good encounter here which is sad because I haven't been living in the area for long at all I've been to this location all of 3 times and each time they are rude when you drive through the drive thru you'll see a sign saying why are we rude? in the back so obviously im not the first and clearly won't be the last person they've been rude to . Its just sad because you can be as kind as ever to them and yet they'll still go out of their way to be rude just fire the whole staff and start over already! There is another Wendys up the road that closes around the same time go there instead.
