Dunkin'

I don’t have high expectations for Dunkin in the Richmond area. I think I’ve been to most of them and have been extremely underwhelmed at almost all of them. This one is an exception to that, and I’ve never had an issue here. I tend to place large orders and send them via mobile app, so I don’t have much interaction unless something gets screwed up. Good location, pretty clean, and friendly people.

I had the most wonderful experience here! Dylan took care of me and he was an absolute angel. His service was outstanding! He was so kind and fun to talk to, you could really tell that he cares about each and every one of his customers! My food came out quickly and was very warm, fresh, and delicious too! And the environment was very warm and pleasant, it’s the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to by far. Dylan is the main reason why this Dunkin location is so special. :) I look forward to coming in again when I’m on my break from work!

I don’t come to this location often, but every time I have, the employees have been very sweet and they have made my order correctly every time, even while being short staffed. This last time in particular there was only 1 person working and they were doing the most to make sure the orders were getting out on time. I hope they get extra help soon. Very nice staff :-)
