Afghan Cuisine

Something has changed. It's not just Covid. There was a time when the food from Afghan cuisine at Richmond Hill was tasty. Everything seems the same, but the meats are drier, not as melting as before. Have the cooks changed? The Nan was tough by the time we reached hime with it. The only relief was the rice, the salad and the hot sauce. They remained the same. And oh yes. The service has determined . Nose dived. We ordered 45 minutes in advance and specifically asked that the food be ready by 3 pm. It took till 3.25 to get the food. Not done. Buck up Afghan cuisine.

I’m gonna be honest, I don’t know anything about Afghani Cuisine but this food is really good! The rice is my favourite, salad is refreshing, the meat is really well seasoned (but on the dry side). The naan is not bad, nothing too special. I’d recommend the lunch specials Monday-Friday, $10.99 a meal. And ask for extra hot sauce!!! It’s amazing with the meal!!

Guys stay away of this dirty place. I bought French fries and went to the beach with family to relax and have a meal there. Once we got there and opened the box found a long hair in our fries . A day after I brought that back to their restaurant. Guess what happened. Instead of apologizing me and being sorry I was told this your own hair . You should have brought it right away . Now you get out of our private property. This is their culture and customer service. Stay away of their dirty food for your own health pleassse. Staff are so rude. Once I showed them the hair , a big guy came to me and told me get out wanted to attack me and I called police

If I could give them a zero star I would. The customer service is terrible. The food is over priced. And this is NOT AFGHAN FOOD. I repeat do not go here and get ripped off. This place is expensive and the service is terrible. They even will charge u $1 for red sauce. Paid 25$ for two wraps that tasted horribly

We usually get a combo six. Few months ago it was 25.99. Now it’s 35.99. How the heck do they justify a $10 price increase?? I get inflation and all but that’s just price gauging. This was our last visit. When we asked the woman at the front about the price increase, she just says “do you want it or not?” 😱
