Pizza Hut

The pizza was good. And the employees were nice, even warned us that the prices on the menu were slightly off, but when we ordered a large hand tossed pizza (listed as 12.99) with a few extra toppings, that one pizza came out to $28.82! After seeing the receipt, we asked them to change the order, but they said they were unable to do so. I don't know what the owner of this place is playing at, but one word keeps coming to mind: SWINDLER! Go to little Cesar's, less than one mile south.

Arrived for my pickup order while passing through quickly on a road trip. My husband and I were ignored when walking into the store for the first few minutes even though there was staff at the counter. I was then told loudly that I was giving no tip for my carry out order. I was handed a pizza box after paying. I was missing breadsticks so I was given a bag last minute. I SHOULD have checked my order but we were in a hurry to drive the last 4 hours to make it to our next hotel. We started with cold breadsticks, then we opened the box to find the wrong pizza. It was a veggie pizza when we had ordered a meat pizza. It was also cold. So so so disappointing.

I ordered $60 worth of pizza by phone. Turns out I was ordering from some guy in Egypt who never ran my card. When the pizza came it took me almost half an hour on the phone with the store to sort it out. By then the pizza was cold. Make sure you’re talking to someone in the store so you don’t have to go through that BS.

I bought a Detroit Style pizza since I grew up in Detroit on Buddy's pizza, the one everyone else is trying so hard to copy. I had reservations about the pizza satisfying my palate, but I have to say it came so very close! I generally fly to Detroit about once a year for pizza, yeah crazy. I think now I can cut back to maybe once every 3-4 years. They really worked hard and did it. Thank you!

Went to Pizza Hut after a hard day of hiking. My husband went in to check if the dining room was open. Once inside, we ordered 1 med Supreme and 1 med pepperoni. Cashier told us there were no waiters. We said okay, we can bring the food to a table. She repeated very snarkily that there were no waiters. We asked if that meant we couldn't eat in the dining room. She huffed and didn't reply. We were also told the fountain for soft drinks didn't work but later saw an employee get a drink from the fountain. We purchased a 24 Oz soda and asked for a couple of cups. The cashier went to get them but went in the back with a manager(?) first. Honestly thought they were not going to give the cups to us. We asked for original crust and got thin. We later saw she rang us for thin. We never order thin because we all like crust. However, we ate the food because we were starving as were our 2 kids. The thin crust was not crispy except on the edges. We cleared our own table and brought the plates and pizza trays back to the kitchen. No garbage cans in the dining room so took our soda and a water bottle we already had with us to throw away at our hotel. As visitors to the area, we have not had a single problem with the restaurants. This was our first bad experience. We will not be returning to this establishment even if we come back here to enjoy more National parks.

Get a staff that is customer service friendly and has some knowledge about the workings of the points used. Used my points to order two pizzas, contactless carry out was slow, had to call the store, when they did come out it was half the order, they told me well thats what you paid for, I told them yes that is why I used my points, they told me you will have to call the manager later. RIDICULOUS. I contacted the corporate about points and they replaced the points that were supposed to be used for the other half of the order. Lack of intelligence and good customer service in this store!

Good pizza, wait time wasn't bad, and the staff was rather nice. The only thing is the state of the building. It's old, it's been there for a good 10-20 years or more, I went there as a kid and it's the same building. They could use a lot of up dates, but other than that, I was happy with what I got.
