Mcdonald's

So we got a 10 dollar bundle and a 15 dollar bundle and drove home of course our bad for not looking in the bag before driving to Monroe but none the less I drove home and realized that more then half of our food was missing. I called the store and sat as it rang for a good 3 minutes when Scott answered the phone I let him know that I didn’t get half of my order and he stated well if u drive back thru our drive thru we will give them to u I let him know I was not going to drive back at 5 dollars a gallon for 40 chicken nuggets. At which time he didn’t say anything else and hung up the phone. I love the manager and her husband but man I feel for them for having to deal with employees like this who have no sense of what customer service is. **** I was reached by the management team the general manager to be exact and she offered an alternative solution. She is literally one of a kind and she is always going the extra mile. Thank u so much!!!
