Firehouse Subs

First time there and got the Beef and Cheddar Brisket sandwich. It was so delicious. The meat was cooked very well with great flavoring and the sauce and melted cheese on it was amazing. Also, I love the fact that a portion of sales go to help our first responders. They help us when we need it so let's help them.

I had not tried Firehouse Subs previously. I had a 'New York Steamer's which is a pastrami and provolone on a roll. Since it wasn't crowded, I expected pretty quick turnaround and was surprised with how long it took and also the cost. A mid-sized sandwich and a bag of chips was over $11. Unfortunately, when I opened it I found the bread to be very gummy. It also didn't have much meat, in my opinion. I hope they get everything worked out but I must say, I won't be back.

The sandwiches are great, but this location skipped us, & we were last. They almost gave us the wrong order till we repeated what we ordered & realized they forgot about us. They gave us a free dessert but that still don't take away the fact we waited about an hour due to they were short 1 person whom got there late for work. There were still 3 people there. I've been to other places where there's only 2 people & were faster than this. Disappointing 1st experience. I will try another location next time.
