The place is great. The atmosphere & the people are friendly. BYOB & it's all kinda different people there which makes it fun. The only bad thing is they're only in it for the money. They don't tell you valet is REQUIRED. if you park anywhere else your car WILL get towed & it's almost $300 to get it out immediately. It's a game.. it happens to every single car not parked in valet & its shady.

If I could give them zero(0) I would! This place is horrible takes the fun out, they will tell you not to enjoyed yourself when your dancing and having a good time because it bathers other people! They will turn you away just because they don't want to too, hey pick and choose, they discriminate a lot... service sucks, they will call on your car and get it towed if you don't use their valet service! They over charge your one everything if they think you have a bit to drink! Try to play you in anyways they can, crooked people! Music sucks! Don't waste your time! Don't ruin your night!

The valet, will call a tow truck if you try and park elsewhere. Not that the other parking options are great anyway. Also there Is a dress code, not mentioned on the website or enforced unless the staff is greased. You can find better places less that 2 miles away, with nicer staff and more clean floor/furniture.

DON’T waste your time. I’d give a zero if I could. This place used to be great. Now it’s just a scam. You pay for parking and the fee changes according to the security. If you don’t park there you will get towed! The security will call a tow truck. One of them admitted that the driver was his friend. So they most likely get some kind of commission per car. When you get inside there’s an entrance fee. They will try and scam you and make you ay extra. When I told them that’s not what I paid last time they said it’s new management. They always claim they are at capacity. You get inside and it’s empty as ever. But they like to watch people wait outside. I wouldn’t bother honestly. The hookah isn’t that great pay about 60 dollars for when you include all the stuff you pay for already. Peace Pipe is a lot more reasonable and fun. Tchetches is great too. They are both across the street. Don’t pay extra for trash.

Horrible experience!!! Got dragged into going here. If you don’t use the $10 valet, YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED! It’s such a scam. It’s such a hole in the wall. The place looks extremely dirty and the floor was filthy. The cover was $10. The hookah had an automatic 18% gratuity charge and a 20% fee just because it was after 2 am. The bar staff ignored me then waited on a guy that just walked up. It was a horrible suggestion and I’m never going back or recommending it. (BTW I didn’t get towed but my friend did. Look up the Texas towing laws. If you get there before they hook up your car, they have to release it fee free. If they have hooked it up, they can only charge a drop fee. The way they tow is very damaging to cars.)

Agree with the most recent reviews. Cloud 9 says they just changed their policies. Not sure because I’ve never been but my friends have been and used to love it. They charge $10 for you to get in, $3 per person for BYOB, AND require that you spend $17 per 3 people, which is difficult when you have people in your group that just came to drink (with the drinks they brought in) and hang out. I mean, it’s fine to have your requirements, but let people know ahead of time so they can decide if they want to come in before the they pay the cover charge. Also, what was my $10 to get in for? On a positive note, there is a guy that’s really good about going around and keeping the Hookah fresh.
