Starbucks

I like this branch very much cause of their awesome people who are very friendly and cheerful all the time. I've been here twice, used an app to make a mobile order and it was ready within a few minutes. Also, I've noticed that many people come here frequently, and the staff greets them as friends. There are many seats outside and some inside, many of them are available. Thank you, guys, I'll be visiting you more!

They clearly don’t know their own policies. Asked for a free refill, policy clearly stated what I asked for but manager neglected to provide services. This would have been a 5 star if not for unknowledgeable staff managing the place. I got $10 credit for the managers attitude, “I am sorry they set your expectations high and set you up for failure”, and after she apologized for her behavior and I told her it was not necessary she followed it “indeed”. No pos wow. I still got what I asked for as a valued customer asked for at another store. And I called the customer service number that the manager provided and confirmed I was correct. Thanks for the $10 credit for your unprofessional customer service. ✌🏼

This is the BEST location. Drinks are CONSISTENTLY right, employees are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and on point, it doesn't matter who's on shift. We have a starbucks closer to our house than this one but our drinks are always wrong and the wait is always ridiculous when we go there. I will always drive out of my way to go to this location 🙌🙌 Editing this to add how much I appreciate Judi, she's so awesome and such a great worker. I LOVE Joe and his amazing energy. Scott is always a hoot to talk to. Anna, Kimbers, and everyone else at this location is so great. This is the best Starbucks ever 🤠

Love this starbucks and the baristas, they are amazing, especially Joseph. However, I went here two times this past Monday(5/2) & today where my drinks kept coming out completely wrong. The baristas were great about fixing everything. It was the same person taking my drive thru order both times and they are not paying attention to the orders they are taking and not paying attention to what drinks they are giving customers.

Excellent customer service by Beverly! Super nice and helpful. Was driving through the area and came in for a soy Pumpkin Spice. Wanted to reload my card and only had a hundred to pay, and they didn’t have any 20’s to give back. So she generously didn’t take my money and gave me the drink. Tasted great too! This is customer service! Thank you Beverly! May never see you again but you’re an asset to Starbucks! PS: I worked as a shift lead for Starbucks for 4yrs. This is what customer service is all about. Excellent work!
