Taco Bueno

I was ordering food and a gentleman was helping me out (who was super helpful and very kind)…idk if it was the manger or just a coworker but as he was helping me this lady was just yelling at him in the back ground asking him so many questions about the order. If he was new that’s normal asking question but come on, she was talking to the kid like he wasn’t a human. I hope he finds a better job. Poor kid.

6pm Saturday, had a good dinner and went to restroom. After a bowel movement, there NO TOILET TISSUE. OK, I'll use paper towels. NO PAPER TOWELS. OK, I'll used a paper towel someone may have dried their hands. Trash can was empty, tall young male had emptied all trash cans when we arrived. Obviously, no list of how to replenish the restroom. LAST RESORT use my UNDERWEAR TO WIPE MY A--. As I left, the Manager, NO NAME TAG, heavy set female would not give me a receipt, saying phone # is not correct so I don't know if the information CORRECTION... FRIDAY, 6/17/22

Went here with my sister, they left food out. We had to drive BACK to get it TEN MINUTES. The manager made excuses about having teenage employees, refused to issue a refund or comp ANYTHING. Then one of the “allegedly incompetent teenage employees” comes over and reiterates that the manager is REFUSING to comp anything at all. Like WHO asked you? That employee did NOT help and didn’t diffuse the situation. Very poor service. They do not answer the phone as we tried to phone ahead… we went out of the way to this location bc the reviews are better. Wow what a mistake…. We’re going to complain to the top 🔝!

Had a good experience, but a new employee working there for his first day was wearing blue jeans and a T-shirt with offensive and disturbing graphics printed on it with the words "Death Row" and I should not have been looking, but saw his pants go down far enough to see his underwear when I was looking around to see if the place is clean and sanitary looking. I am very serious about food safety and sanitary environments. Taco Bueno has high standards, but I don't like someone not in a uniform shirt with the Taco Bueno logo and no name tag and behaving in an unprofessional manner. I asked for the manager, and she took my order and patched things up. She is very nice and would definitely go back when she can take my order personally. When I pay the high prices at Taco Bueno, everything BETTER BE COMPLETE, CORRECT, and ALL PROCEDURES AND CORPORATE GUIDELINES FOLLOWED.

Disgusting food!!!! Will never eat here again!! I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a lemondae. The quesadilla had cold hard chicken and cold cheese that wasn't even melted. You can tell it was just sitting in a warmer waiting for someone to order it. The lemonade was disgusting!! Tasted like salt water!!!! Gross, gross, gross!!!
