I love supporting small business - I havnt even tried the food yet but had to write a review because the guy working behind the counter (I assume it was the owners working today) was rude as hell for absolutely NO reason at all. Gave our order and he rudely responded about the way we gave a bagel order and how it confused him?
Don’t own a business or be in this industry if you can’t at least try to be nice to your customers.

Needed a place that is open on my way to Downtown Dallas, but not out of my way, for breakfast for early meetings monthly. A change from the regular tacos. Open at 630a, and freshly cooked. Easy and convenient. I will return.

This place has great bagels and coffee. I had the Early Riser and a mocha and they were both amazing. I was a little wary after reading the reviews but I am glad I made the trip.

We just got the bagel and I never write reviews but for today's experience i thought to write.
The lady who took our order was most unfriendly I have ever seen and she was getting upset when we changed our mind to 6 bagels instead of 4, she should under 101 training on how to deal with customers.
Will never visit again, for sure.

Have to agree with the other reviews about service. Both man and woman were impatient and crabby. Got a egg sandwich on a bagel, eggs were microwaved and bagel was the quality of an Einstein bagel which is pretty poor in my opinion.

Great place to grab a fresh bagel. They sell a lot of stuff but, I think it's unique they sell lunch meat by the pound. Always nice and friendly, new quote every day. Closed Sundays. Definitely will eat here again.

Glad to find a New York style bagels nearby. Dining in is not that great but bagel is decent enough.
