The best SB store in the world. I am on diet and they always make a great low calories experiment! The rest room has the softest toilet paper ever. It is super clean and welcoming. This place is is like a family for me . Thank you so much.

They had to swap my pound cake because the first one was broken and smushed, icing was melted and all over the place. The new one they gave me still looked raggedy but was better. When I was given my Caramel ribbon crunch, it was missing a lot of what it should have been, the cream at the bottom and the caramel on top. I had to ask her to please add the caramel that’s supposed to be there and she just poured it in one spot.

I asked for white chocolate mocha, first they gave me hot chocolate. I went back to get it changed. This time they gave me white chocolate mocha but the quantity was very less and without whipped cream.
On my other order of mocha, they added too much sugar without asking!!

They got our order out in a good time. They did make a slight mistake on the customization, but the drink is still good and they baristas had a great attitude.

Great store, phenomenal customer service, drinks are always on point. Forgot my wallet at the store by accident and they kept it safe for me and returned to me when I went back the next day. Thanks

Great staff, sometimes they run out of products because of high demand. Recommend ordering from the app or going earlier than 11am on the weekends.
