Every time I have gone to this Burger King the service has been pretty awful. I've been there at least 4 times only because it's right by my house and I keep thinking I might have just caught them at an awkward time when I had been there before. I'm never there when it seems at all busy, yet there is never anyone ready at the drive-through. I've waited a few minutes before anyone shows up and have also just gone to the window, and the employees always have the same completely apathetic response. Getting my food after I have ordered takes FOREVER. It's baffling. I've worked in the service industry, and have even worked in a drive-through and have never come across service this consistently terrible. I don't know if it's an issue with management or what, but I am never going back to this BK again.
