GA DAMN! THIS THE BEST CHOW/LO MEIN I HAD IN RENO SO FAR. PERFECT SIZED NODDLES NOT TOO THIN OR TOO THICK. NOT MUSHY AT ALL. THEY KNOW HOW TO SEASON THESE NOODLES WITHOUT THEM BEING TOO GREASY LIKE MANY PLACES AND THEYRE CHEAPER! this will be my go-to for chow mein now. i’m so happy and it’s right by my job. i normally put extra soy sauce on my noodles but these didn’t need anything else!!! once i took a bite out of these i couldn’t stop munching and knew i needed to leave a good review ASAP. they deserve it. 1000/10 thank you! My experience was not a good one, terrible 1st impression. I was trying to order dinner for four and asked how many one a la carte serves. The response was "it depends if you eat a lot". Rude! She never answered my question. After spending over $80- on dinner I asked for sweet & sour sauce to go and was offered 2, and then told I would have to pay for anything more. If each plate is served with an egg roll it makes no sense that 4 would not be complimentary. First and last time for me!

I wish I could leave negative stars!!! We ordered delivery and our food was AWFUL! Our first bite of rice was so crunchy. It was like it sat out for 2 days. Very disappointing after wanting some good Chinese food! We could have gotten better food and customer service at PANDA EXPRESS. ALSO the chicken was horrible and smelled off!

The food is super fresh and very well flavored. The spicy food was spicy, but not overly so. A little oily, but not drenched in sauce or oil. Overall, great experience. However, the food didn't come with rice. Not a deal breaker, just not on their website anywhere, and something to watch out for next time.

I have ordered from China Kitchen for a few years now. The food used to be excellent. However, the last two post COVID orders have been horrible. What used to be flavorful is now bland as cardboard. What used to be succulent is now dry as leather. They charge a premium price for Chinese and a ridiculous delivery fee, and I'm OK with that if the food is top shelf. Sadly Panda Express had more flavor and half the price than my last two $80+ dollar order. After years of patronage, I am sorry to say that I will not be ordering from here ever again.
