Fat Badger

This bar was subpar, I don’t recommend it and would not return. They have a simple selection of drinks and food. I tried their wings, which may have been the worst wings I’ve ever had. Also tried the shrimp po’boy, which was very salty. They had a chicken pot pie soup, it was odd tasting. Their fires were also very salty. My friend said the blt was good, and would order it again. Server was kind but didn’t know much about drinks. But she was diligent on getting the answers to our questions.

Amazing food. Great service. Always a pleasure dining here. The Fat Badger is a downtown Regina staple that provides a unique pub feel in the centre of the city. While the restaurant itself sports a dive-bar aesthetic the food is truly exceptional and not at all what you’d expect if you were to judge off of appearance alone. I HAVE TO recommend the Mushroom Swiss Burger and Pasta Salad; The Fat Badger probably has the best pasta salad I’ve ever had. They have quite a wide selection of beer as well which would be enough to please all types. If live local music is your thing, I recommend going on a Thursday night!

Never had the food here but went there for a night out was really bad unfortunately because I’ve had good times there. The DJ had a flash drive and would not be taking any recommendations on music and it felt like he was just playing toll-free free music. Stuff you can’t really dance to which is unfortunate I don’t recommend coming here at night
