I've been coming here for years and customer service has always been fair. I went in yesterday and Jose was the nicest and friendliest employee I have ever come across. I struggle with social anxiety and he made me feel very welcome which helped a lot. Best customer service I have ever received from here. Shout-out to Jose! 💞

I have been coming to this store for years now. The store is always clean the workers are nice. I give it a 3 because their product is a hit or miss. Either it’s what you expect or you get a half filled smoothie. Most recently I got a bowl that wasn’t really a bowl. It was basically juice. If I wanted a juice I would’ve ordered a juice. Lol

Great product as usual, and was served up fairly quickly, but the store won't let you wait inside to retrieve your order, despite plenty of social distancing, so the had me wait outside (110 deg outside) and they had eliminated all the seating outside as well. I think they could do a little more to make it a more comfortable and pleasant experience.
The Jamba juice product is just as good as always though.

The price for my drink was outrageous. Even with a coupon discount I paid over $4 for a medium drink. The drink lacked a true distinctive flavor and though smooth and cooling, left me not satisfied. The person who took my order was helpful in placing my order.

I am a loyal jamba customer & love going in for the friendly service, just a super positive place & great drinks! They already know my order when i walk up... Highly recommend this Jamba on your way to the gym or on your way home. Always on my list of place to go each day!
