Subway

WORST STAFF EVER!! I arrived this morning at 9:05 AM to get a breakfast sandwich. The staff was unprepared and asked me to wait. It's just opened so obviously I understand and wait patiently. After 5 minutes of them setting the place up I order my sandwich and he tells me it's going to take 20 MINUTES TO HEAT UP THE OVEN to make an egg sandwich. Did someone forget to tell this guy that it's breakfast hour? So basically you are open but can't serve people. Brilliant. I left and went to work. I've come to this place before and I don't mind that the staff can barely speak English or that they always seem to be on a personal cell phone call every time I arrive but I do mind the fact that you're open and can't serve anybody because of your incompetence. Ever hear of arriving 15 minutes early to set up and be ready for the customer?! It's pretty basic if you ask me. I'll drive the extra mile or two to go to a different store from now on.

Food is good... when cooked right. I love Subway and I always get 1 of 3 things. However the young staff here is extremely unprofessional. They seem like they just want to get paid and not work. I am giving 2 stars because of location and overall it is a clean restaurant. However, I drive 5 minutes now to go to a Subway that doesn't half a$$ my sandwich order.

I usually get fine service here but when something goes wrong, the associates don't know what to do or take care of the customer. I ordered through the subway app and was at the shop to pick up my sandwich. However, the associate told me someone else already took my sandwich. The associate obviously didn't confirm the order or check the app from the person that took the sandwich. I paid for the sandwich and was left with nothing. The associate wouldn't make me another one even though my app shows I paid for it. I had to email corporate and they had to email regional to give me a few free sandwich coupon a few weeks later. This shouldn't have happened, the associate could have just made me a sandwich on the spot and took care of the customer.

Each Subway location is pretty much the same as the others, free WiFi, good selection of healthy choices, drinks, snacks, cookies, friendly staff and OK pricing. Pretty uninspiring, even by Subway standards. I usually go in with low exceptations, though I like their sandwiches, as far as cheap fast food goes. This is the only fast food I've found in Redmond that doesn't nod to the fact that it's in *downtown Rendmond*. The interior is poor and the staff the usual level of indifferent. I'm guessing gentrification is gonna knock this place off soon, especially with a Jimmy John's one block over...
